Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

In short: I only collect what I need to coach you and keep in touch. I never sell your data. What you share in coaching stays confidential. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Sabina, Different Minds, One Heart
Email: daumontsabina@gmail.com

I am the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What I collect

  • When you download the free guide or join my email list: your email address (and first name if you give it).
  • When you book a call: your name, email, time zone, and anything you choose to write in the booking form.
  • When you buy a program: your name, email, billing details and payment confirmation. I never see or store your full card number.
  • During coaching: what you choose to share about your relationship, your wellbeing and, sometimes, a diagnosis. This can be sensitive information, so I only use it to coach you, with your explicit consent.
  • When you visit the website: basic technical data (such as pages visited) through the website platform.

3. Why I use it, and on what legal basis

  • To deliver the coaching you bought and manage bookings and payments (contract).
  • To send you the free guide and occasional emails you signed up for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link).
  • To use sensitive information shared in sessions, only to support you (explicit consent).
  • To keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).

4. Confidentiality in coaching

Everything you share in sessions is confidential. I do not record sessions without your permission. My session notes are kept private and secure. In the group program and community chat, every participant agrees to keep what others share confidential.

The only exception is if I believe someone is at serious risk of harm, in which case I may encourage or help you to contact appropriate support.

5. Who else handles your data

I use trusted tools to run my business. They only process your data to provide their service:

  • Systeme.io: website, email list, online program and payments
  • Calendly: call booking
  • Google (Google Meet, Gmail): video calls and email
  • Stripe / PayPal: secure payment processing
  • WhatsApp: the private group chat (optional)

Some of these companies are based outside the EU (for example in the United States). In those cases, transfers are protected by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

I never sell or rent your data.

6. How long I keep it

  • Email list: until you unsubscribe.
  • Coaching notes: up to 3 years after our last session, then deleted.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or limit how I use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email me at daumontsabina@gmail.com. I will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, plus any cookies set by the tools above when you use them (for example the booking calendar).

9. Changes

If I update this policy, I will change the date at the top of this page.
