Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all coaching services sold on neurodiversecouplescoach.com. By booking or buying, you agree to them.

1. The services

• Group program for couples: 8 weeks, maximum 5 couples per cohort. Includes 8 video lessons, weekly workbooks, a weekly 75-minute live group call, a private community chat and a 30-day follow-up call. €650 per couple, or 3 payments of €225.
• Private program for couples: everything in the group program, plus 8 private 60-minute couple sessions, message support between sessions and flexible scheduling. €1,600 per couple, or 3 payments of €550.
• One-to-one coaching: 6 private 2-hour sessions, every two weeks. €900 (€150 per session), or 3 payments of €300.
• Free discovery call: a 30-minute video call, with no obligation to buy.

Founding or promotional prices apply only as stated at the time of purchase. Prices include all taxes. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

2. Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is practical, forward-looking support. It is not therapy, medical care or a diagnosis, and it does not replace them. If I believe you need specialist support, I will tell you honestly and suggest where to find it. You remain responsible for your own decisions and their results. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact your local emergency services.

3. Payment

Payment is made online through secure payment providers. With a payment plan, the first payment is taken at purchase and the next ones automatically each month. Your place is confirmed once the first payment is received. If a scheduled payment fails, access to the program may be paused until it is settled.

4. Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under French and EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email me at daumontsabina@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.

If you ask for coaching to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the sessions already delivered. If the service has been fully delivered within the 14 days at your request, the right to cancel no longer applies.

5. Refunds and transfers

• Group and private couples programs: full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the program start date. After that, refunds are not possible, but you can move to the next cohort free of charge (once).
• One-to-one coaching: full refund before your first session. After that, unused sessions are not refunded but stay valid for 6 months.

These rules apply in addition to your 14-day right to cancel, never instead of it.

6. Rescheduling and missed sessions

Private sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice count as delivered, except in genuine emergencies. Group calls go ahead at the scheduled time; if you miss one, the lesson and workbook remain available to you.

If I need to cancel a session, I will offer you a new date as soon as possible.

7. Confidentiality and respect

What you share in coaching is confidential (see the Privacy policy). In group calls and the community chat, you agree to keep what other participants share confidential and to treat everyone with respect. I may remove anyone whose behaviour harms the group, without a refund.

8. Program materials

Videos, workbooks and all program materials are for your personal use only. Please don’t share, copy or resell them.

9. Liability

I commit to coaching you with care, skill and honesty, but I cannot guarantee specific results, as they depend on many things outside my control. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, except where the law says otherwise.

10. Disputes and mediation

If something goes wrong, please write to me first at daumontsabina@gmail.com. I will do my best to find a fair solution.
